 Grandview is a magnificent heritage listed mansion originally built in the 1870's
 and extended in 1901, situated in the heart of historic Dunedin.
Our elevated location allows us to boast the grandest views of Otago harbour, Dunedin City and its scenic surroundings.

  Top Floor Room, Hand carved queen bed & single bed.

• Olive Room
   Ground Floor Room, Queen size bed.
   Large room with beautiful exposed brick feature wall and fireplace.
   Share bathroom facilities with one other room, private by request

Grandview’s dining room features ornate plaster ceilings, 100 year Old Lead light filters the morning sun,
stunning polished wood floors and an array of fine antique and contemporary furniture for your enjoyment!
